...good lawyer? I live in PA so I've been doing some research. We were never married & in PA the mother gets sole custody under that circumstance. I just found out I'm like 2 weeks pregnant and my ex is furious and harassing me about taking me to get an abortion or court so he can get primary custody in 9 months. Could I acknowledge that he is abandoning me right now & state that hes not the father? I really need help with this one....I just told him I was pregnant yesterday so maybe this is still a shock to him and he'll come around?
