Now it feels like my spine is pulling out of the base every time I lean forward. There is a sharp pain shooting down the left outside of my leg / hip all the way down my calf. And once in a while my toes tingle. I do not have health insurance right now. I'm afraid its a serious injury. Anyone have an idea what may be causing the symptoms?
I threw by back out, have sharp pain in left leg and toes tingle.?
