A country has a really dumb and unreliable president.
One day a local citizen was driving down the highway when he ended up behind a long traffic situation. After about half an hour, the guy came out all frustrated from his car and asked what the H*** was going on. A man passing around the traffic uttered in excitement " Terrorists just kidnapped our president and are demanding $10 million ransom or they will burn him alive in gasoline, so we are going from car to car to raise sufficient amount."
"Oh my gosh" said the guy."Well how much on average are people giving?"
The man replied " About a gallon"
