...for the Richest 2%.? This is one of many polls showing the majority of Americans do not want to raise the debt 700 billion to appease Republicans and the Tax cuts for the Rich. The same old story of we can't tax the "job creators" just does not match the evidence or reality. The Bush Tax cuts are currently not doing anything for the Rich to hire, and most economists say it will not help us at all, in fact going back to Clinton era taxes will not hurt them either as far as jobs go. Since there is no demand right now, the extra money that the Rich would mostly just be put into savings. They have no need to hire. A failed policy does not get better when repeated does it? Do you see the difference bewtween a middle class person struggling to get by and the Rich not suffering at all? What do you think is fair?
