I got arrested for a DUI (in CT) on 8-13-09. the fine print on the ticket says that my court date has to be within 14 days of my arrest date. the officer wrote my court date as 9-26-09 which is a saturday. does that make a difference for me or was i supposed to figure it out myself? if it matters, he wrote the date on 2 different papers and i signed one saying i would be in court on 9-26.
I think the cop wrote the wrong court date?
