I never had acne before, then on Monday and Tuesday I used Pure & Basic body lotion for my face, after being told by their customer service or manager on their web site that their lotion is suited for face 
. Then today Friday I suddenly see 3 big acnes on my face. The only other thing I had used on my face was tea tree oil, which is less likely the cause, right?
Since my acne case is an acute one, not chronic, will it go away sooner? Will it go away by itself or must I treat it somehow?
(sorry for the confusing title--I wasn't sure if the cause was the lotion or the tea tree oil, but now I have come to believe the lotion is the culprit.)
