I think someone put a 'carrier bomb' outside my house. Anyone know how to locate it?

Its transmitting high pitched noise on 27.385 mHz which bleeds over every channel of my CB radio. Very annoying. The signal is like an S-9 on Ch. 38
Right now I'm only running about 100w and I get out okay - I just can't hear anything.
