I am really lost on what i can do being an army wife, he gets so mad and yells at me and the kids my son is 5, he throws things like a vanity dresser and i am pregnant an djust hyperventalated when he threw the dresser, things rae getting worse and i do not know what to do, he tells me nothings wrong with him and he can control his anger and stress but i do not see it at all, he has even choked me and hit me in the past and then acts like nothing is wrong.
Is there someone i can contact without cps coming in and without him losing rank in the Army.
