i think my high school is haunted?

well i live on an army base here in germany. the middle school was a jail and the high school was a hospital. my friends dads parnets friends went to the same base and the girl killed her self which isnt to far from the school and also where i live. i live on the same road. but when i walk past the school at 11 or 12 i cant keep my eys from wondering at the rooms that have the light on.. i dont get how theres only one room lit and the others dark. and also a room has a little bit of light in it. and this is during summer and also all year. i know in the middle school many people saw strange things i saw footsteps often. sometimes in the high school when i walk i get a cold chill but that just sometimes. on my street i was walking my dog around 12. and i walked past something and this rocked skipped next to my foot. there wasn't any wind at all and my dog couldnt have done it because she was in front of me. so could my road and high school be haunted?
