i think my fish as swim bladder how do i treat it?

my white molly is eating and everything else but she is unable to swim properly shes kind of staying at the bottom bouncing up and down like shes trying to get food from the bottom but shes not.. shes comes up to the top for feeding . is it swim bladder she has shes the only fish in my tank with this problem shes no signs of being hurt.she look normal except for not swimming properly how do i treat her?
 
my betta had that i cahnged the food which worked also putting epsom salt in the tank
