I think my 8 year old is having an allergic reaction..

I think my little girl is having a reaction and I am not sure if I should take her to the ER. Around 4 today she started with these little red bumps on her face, I just noticed they now look like big red mosquito bites. She is not allergic to anything that I know of. I dont see the rash anywhere but her face. Its funny because I have been itching for almost 2 weeks now and not she has this?? I am wondering is I should take her to the ER. She has nothing else going on at this time but I would not want to take chances so I am looking for someone who knows a bit more about this the I do, I put a call to her dr and I am waiting for a call back.

If you have benedryl, give her that. It should help till you hear from the doctor.
