its been a while now and they both just sit on the perch and make no noises. sometimes they puff up alot and fight all the time. i feel hopeless. my mom wont take them to an avian vet bc she is cheap and "doesnt have time". i cant sit here and watch my birds die right in front of me. i ask for a new cage and toys to make them happy but she wont take me to get them any advise?
