I have not told anyone but i started to take Dr. Ross nerve pills. constantly for 8months I have suffered from tightness in the neck, head, throat, shortness of breath, dizziness, sleeplessness, a heavy head and constant panic attacks. I think its Anxiety, but I'm not a doctor. I sigh a lot at work. As I think about my stress I immediately cannot breathe. When I'm home alone at night i fight for my breath, I can't sleep, I get frustrated and want to cry but i can't seem to cry. No one can convince me that I'm not dying. I text my closest frienRAB and let them know i might not wake in the morning. I started to believe this might be something mental because it happens mostly at night. I thought i might have a stroke or heart attack because it is a severe physical thing that's taking a toll on my body. I hate it and i want it to go away. If I'm so young and this is how my body reacts to stress i don't think I will make it pass 28. I hope i can get some help, asap.

Hi April,
I thought maybe I can help you a little. I am not a Dr. but I am a stroke survivor, so I can tell you what I know. It is doubtful that you had a stroke or heart attack. If you had a stroke, you would not be able to function at all at work. Some of your symptoms are caused by a stroke but like I said, it sounRAB like you are still at work so a major stroke is out of the question. I guess it could be possible that you had a mini-stroke and didn't know it, but that would be the only way to know with a cat scan (sic?). The first thing you should do is see you Dr. and get on some blood pressure medicine. I am sure your bp is way high and if you don't get that down, then a stroke or heart attack may happen. When your bp is down it helps you calm down a little so you can work with your other problems. Here are a few other things about anxiety. Heavy drinking or street drugs can cause anxiety. Also, if there are mental problems in your family could be a factor. I know that anxiety can take the whole life right out of you. Don't be afraid to talk to a pshycologist too. They are there to help you. I personally don't take medication if possible but sometimes there is no other option. I believe a phychiatrist (sic?) is the Dr. that can give prescriptions, but check on that for sure.

One thing that has helped me believe it or not is water. Clear water is best if you can drink distilled water do that. Don't drink out of you tap. Now I drink a gallon or more everyday and it helps. Urinating all of the time goes away after awhile after your body gets used to it. It is very possible you body is dehydrated, like mine was when I had a stroke. April, please do something though because your anxiety will just get worse if you don't address it now. I hope I helped.
Blessing to you,
Tim

thanks a lot Tim, i'll get a checkup asap. I'm just 22, i hope its not that serious then again we may never know. Thank God you survived the stroke.

i'm 99.9% sure you aren't having strokes.

but go get tested to put yourself at ease.

good luck. hope you can nip it in the bud now (the anxiety).

April,
Please let me know what the doctor said and how you are doing.
Good luck,
Tim
