I think in a different accent than the one I speak in. Does this mean anything?

I don't know why but all my thoughts are in an english or british accent whatever you choose to call it. And I speak like mostly americanishly but with a bit of an english/british accent and something else but I'm not to sure maybe the slightest bit french but not much at all. And its not from growing up around people with these accents either. Also I've only ever lived in america if that helps.
