I Think I'm having trouble with Flash Player?

I don't know what happened, but when I logged onto my computer, it asked me if I want to download the new Flash Player. I clicked install, and now I cant play games or watch stuff on youtube. And when I go to download Flash Player 10, it won't download if I click install.
