I think i over-exerted myself at the gym and am in a lot of pain?

I have never exercised before and i started gyming 3 days ago, today was the 4th day. 1st 2 days I did cardio and the 3rd day they made me do weight training which i think was a lot - leg press, leg extension, leg curl, seated calf raise, wall sit, pull down, 5 dumbell exercises(5 kg total weight) ..2 sets of 20 of each. The post-workout pain was bearable till yesterday. I was a bit sore this morning i did cardio again today. Am in a lot of pain now. I cant straighten my right leg, it hurts a lot if i try. Most pain in the hawstring and back of the knee. I feel like something is being pulled. If i lie down and try to straighten or raise my leg that hurts a lot. Should i take rest tomorrow or workout but less? Tomorrow is weight day again. How do i get rid of the pain? Help
