I think I met a great guy at salsa night.. how should I ask him out - he hasn't called

yet? alright guys. so here is the lows down on last nights salsa action ok? I went to my local downstown restrauant for sals night (not the kind with the chips and dip which I learned upon getting there) anyways i decided "hey whys not just stay for the free dancing less you know?" so i find a nice large arena in the room to squeeze and shove myself in between the other hopeful dancing professionals. after a bit of warming our bods up and for me getting very exhaustive and outs of breath alread the dance instruct decided that we pairs off for some couples sals danced time. as i looked around the room everyone already seemed to have a part except for myself you know? then i found a nice young man attending the local commute college who seemed lonely at the bar so i fanagled my way overs there and leaned very vigorously over the empty seat.. it took a good minute or so for me to catch my breaths but once i was ready and i calmed him down (as he was a little frightened and startled) i asked him to join me on the dance floor. He seemed a little inibriated so he said "alright my life can't get much worse right now" and i said "thats more like it kid lets go":. we were doing a pretty good job at partner sals dancing and i decided to take the inish and ask him out for a reals date. he looked at me very confused and said "yeah right" so i looked at him and said "Yeah?" and he chuckled and said "haha yeah" so i decided to seductively slide my numerical mobile numb into his back pocket via a used napkin. I haven't heard anything from him and I didnt get a chance to get his numb what should i do? i think he is playing hard to get a holds. should i go back to the restrauant and try to finds him?
