Hi everyone. I think I may be piecing this thing together with my acid reflux trouble and IBS syndrome. Just maybe I have it figured out. I had a suspicion that my Vitamin D was low again. I should have gotten it tested weeks ago.
I have been dizzy, light headed, having muscle twitches, acid reflux, IBS and a few other issues. I don't know why I didn't think of this. But last year I went through this and my vitamin D was really low. Sure enough! Today the nurse called and said I was really low! I have a level of 26 and the scale for normal is 25 to 80. I think it is suppose to be at least 30 to 80. Regardless it's too low. Which that explains why I have been feeling like I do. That may be why my reflux trouble started in early Deceraber. Heck I even had that scope done and they found nothing. If you have that done any they find nothing PLEASE have your Vitamin D level checked. Having low D can create havoc in your body. I have tons of symptoms of D deficiency. The symptoms include digestive disorders!!!
Tomorrow I will go on 50,000 iu a week for 8 weeks and then really pay attention to my vitamins and sun exposure to keep that up there.

I hope this makes sense to some of you. I hope it will help you. I pray to God this will solve alot of my problems and symptoms. Just something to think about.:)

I think it is still low stomach acid that is causing the problem. You guys probably heard of people mixing lemons or drinking apple cider orally and what usually happens is that they don't get hearburns anymore. Low stomach acid causes ibs, acid reflux, lactose intolerance and etc. DO some more research and I recommend stop taking anti aciRAB !

could it really be this easy?

has anyone else gone on this assumption and it worked?

Believe me I thought I had it figured out 100 times, it always gets you in the end.
