So a couple of months ago i was throwing up my food and i stopped myself before it go to far. so now months later, i cant eat food without wanting to throw up and feel sick. i always watch what i eat very closely and eat low cals a day. im not considered fat but i feel like it. I think i might have an eating disoder and i feel like throwing up again but i hate doing it. please no negativity when posting your answers. thx!!
