I think I have ammonia in my fish tank!?

So every time we add new fish they keep dying like in a week or so
so If it is ammonia how do I get rid of it cuz I have one fish that never dies and she is the onlyone that lives andi can't just dump all the water out cuz she will die so how do I get rid of ammonia
