If the fuse for the right headlight is in, it knocks out all the lights including the dash lights. If I take it out, the lights work but just not the right headlight. In the fuse panel, it looks melted under that particular fuse. Any suggestions? I don't have a lot of money right now so any help is appreciated.
I think I have a short somewhere in the right headlight of my 1999 Dodge Neon.?
