i think i breathed in wrongly and now i have a sharp pain in my chest?

well i was leaning over to pick something up and then as i got up i took a breathe and it felt like some air got stuck and now i have this sharp lil pain it dosent hurt when i breath it just feels like its stuck there..
does any one know what this is?.. i need to find out so i can find a home method of gettin rid of it.
