...anorexic be the solution? I have tried sooo hard to NOT starve myself, I've listened to the propaganda on the internet on all those dieting websites saying 'starving yourself does not work, it slows the metabolism... BLAH BLAH BLAH!" and avocados are HEALTHY fats and dont put on weight, and cause weight loss... and eggs are protein and wholegrain bread is better than white bread so today for breakfast i had a weight watcher meal and for lunch i had an avocado sandwich no butter. Then for dinner i had a small bowl of brown rice with fresh chicken bits.
THAT IS IT.
I weighed myself now at the end of the day, and I weighed 74kg.
This morning i weighed 71kg.
Normally if i've lost weight, by night, i am only half a kilogram more than my morning weight, and this way i know i am on track. But I am 3 kilograms MORE than my morning weight and i am devastated!
I have been trying SO hard to get thin and a flat stomach, but my medication slows my metabolism down and makes it hard to burn off food.
I know the only time i have become thin on this medication, is when i went on a 750 calorie a day plan which made me lose 15 kilos in 2 months! I weighed 65 kilos.
I became near anorexic but the night when i allowed myself 1 slice of pizza and a dessert was the beginning of the END. now i weigh 74kg and im thinking of starving myself again as nothing else works
any suggestions
i already take kelp for weight loss and thryoid hypothryoidism and that helps when i diet as well
