2009 i had fractured my beak at work, but i was told there was nothing wrong. i had been going to the Dr. for back pain for all most a year, and i found out finally with more x rays i had fractured my back.my dr. said its is now permanent and nothing can be done will always hurt, i got a job, and after two days i could not work, with my X ray and mri my back is deteriorating, i was fine, a year ago before i hurt my back i was running and doing sit ups. i hurt top to bottom of my back, i feel,this injury is what has happened to my lower back well. i got lawyer but they are not doing much. i need to find another. my Dr, i am now going to always hurt no cure . this is how i will be for the rest of my life. i am only 42 and i can not spend my life like this. can i sue or is this a loss cause
