a mountain bike with? full suspension protect my wrists a bit by removing some vibration? can you tell the difference between no suspension and full suspension.i normaly just use roads to bike on
my wrist pain is genetic i have it whether i ride bikes or not,i like riding just wanted to be as comfatable as possible
