Ok, so I was working out today I think I may have strained my lower back or something. All of a sudden, I couldn't bend down and my back started hurting really badly. Has this ever happened to anybody?? What should I do...I tried icing but that didn't really help? How long will this last?
Btw, I'm only 18 so I'm not supposed to have lower back problems...
