I originally strained my back doing alternating bicep curls. Mind you, I am a regular at the gym, and I know good form. Regardless I don't normally do alternating curls so while I was doing it, I lifted my right shoulder, bent my back and curled up. (Completly ruined forn) with 40lb dumbells. I felt a jolt of pain shoot through my back. Though I thought it was just a 'regular strain' I put the weight down and continued my workout through light pain at the time. Now 2days later its still brutal pain. I'm in bed. Almost every move hurts I even feel soarness in my ribs. Please help. I also recently dropped my insurance so doctor visit has to hold off
