I stopped eating animal products accept fish and sea food and in doing so my muscles

are stronger why? I'm 27 and have always been thin and have always had muscle weakness and have had a hard time gaining strength.I have tried everything from eating six to seven meals a day with atleast 280grams of protein and over 5000 calories a day with no luck in solving my muscle weakness problem even though i worked with free weights 5 times a week. Until about a year ago i stopped eating animal products accept fish and sea food and found my muscle strength sky rocket. I have gone to many doctors to find out why and they all look at me like i crazy and they say its in my head but its not i have gone my whole life like this and to see the gains in strength that i thought i would never see in my life is a miracle and i dont even eat 6 times a day any more or work out 5 days a week and feel stronger now then when i was. Please someone help me because its hard to just eat fish and sea food and when i try to eat any other meat within a couple of hours my muscles go weak again and it takes a couple of days of my sea food diet to regain my strength. I know this sounds crazy but its not in my head there is something wrong with either the food and the hormones they place in it or my body not being able to digest anything other then fish and sea food. Someone please help me do i have some kind of disease or something?
