i just started taking dance but i will be getting my period soon.. i never wear tampons.. how can iwear a pad? i dont think it will work without being noticed.. HELP!
I don't know how it would be possible unless you try the ones that are made for thongs maybe?
If not, you might just have to switch :[ or try wearing some kind of skirt with it? As awkward as it may be, you could talk to your instructor if wearing a skirt isn't allowed. Or use some kind of shorts temporarily?
Trying tampons for the first time is scary, but necessary. You can't wear a pad for performances!
Ask your mom (or one of your friends if you're embarrassed) to help you. Or you can read the directions that come in the box.
I'm not going to lie to you, it really hurts at first. But after your third or fourth time putting in a tampon, you're used to it. It's definitely worth the pain!

If you are alowed to wear dance shorts then do. Where are they? Well they are more like spandex but not, find REALLY REALLY REALLY short running shorts. I did this all the time.
