17 buy that time? I started sleeping with my bf when I was 16 and he was 23. By the time I got pregnant I was 17...Now I'm 19 and I applied for child support. My question is can he get in trouble right now with the law because he was sleeping with a 16 year old? If yes, what is the punishment?
