Ok, I started my own business making jewelry, I have the name. Haven't sold anything yet....still in the process of creating the site.gathering supplies. Its expected to launch Mid-August...I want this to be a strictly internet thing other than when I sell locally to friends and family, I have business cards, my supplies and everything I don't plan on owning a boutique or store....I really don't plan on getting my pieces into stores, not quite yet anyways,This will be a one woman business, I'm not going to have an online store other than EBAY and selling on etsy.com
what other steps do I need to take? I have a webpage at webs.com that is strictly for advertising, I have a photo gallery of all my work everything is professional from my work down the photos I take of my work.. I have servreal advertising sources, Facebook, business cards, youtube, Other Internet site ,friend&family and so on..thats not what I need help with. My concern is, do I need a license? Do I need to get my name copywritten? Do I need to fill out any paperwork to secure my business name?
