I own 22.5% of the company. My 2009 return(which I just looked at) shows a -$47 on the K-1 as Non passive Loss....that doesn't seem right. Help?
Company is a partnership. Loss was after all expenses paid in 2009. I don't get a paycheck from the LLC, although I am the managing 'partner'. I had no depreciation, no capital expenses. Just basic start up costs. Does that help?
