so i sprint 100m/200m
the problem is when i sprint people say i look like im jogging
my brother said that when im sprinting i should sprint hard enough to feel mad like my flesh buring inside out, but also feel relaxed at the same time.
ive also been told that when i run i have the technique of how a person would run the mile...my arms do not go all the way back enough.
its hard to explain it; maybe i just dont have enough strength
curently im the fastest runner with a time of 12.94(100) and 26.73(200); but districts and regionals are comming up, and im afraid i wont make it because i just got knocked out of the top ten
i feel like i dont KNOW how to run, like i dont know the form or way
i cant tell if im running at full speed or not
my brother said it was because i dont have enough strength; but im not sure
is it my eating habits? my eating habits are kind of off sometimes i skip breakfast/lunch/or dinner
or i eat between class periods like chips and cookies (i dont drink soda)
i drink alot of orange/apple juice
im sorry if this is all confusing; but i just feel like i SHOULD be able to run soo much faster, but i cant for some reason
(i also wear an ankle brace; i use to wear a knee brace a couple months back)
i have a feeling it has something to do with my arms? or my starting on blocks
i have a meet tomorrow; and i NEED a pr; i know i can easily beat the people from the other school because i searched the girls times in 100/200, and they sucks...lol
please help me with this crisis and thanks.
