I spilled milk on my cellphone and some of it dried up inside! What do i do to help

it!?!? i didnt really spill milk on my phone my friends dumb dog did. and dried rice doesnt work. . . i ve done everything i can! im not gonna get a new phone bcuz i want all the pics and things i had on THAT phone! i dont have insurance AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!
