They finally gave me a good pair of rotors the 4th time I came in, and just gave me a coupon for a free oil change in exchange. Unfortunately, I just found a coupon today for $100 brake service at that place. I could have saved $250, at least. The place had claimed that I was getting some savings when I had paid for the service a few weeks before. Was I getting stiffed? What should I do?
