I smoke cigerrates but IM a great basketball but my wind is not good besides...

...stop smokin what else should i do I'm have one more year in high school. I know I'm make da team but for the summer what kind of train do i need to get into like a work out schedule. Is it possible for me to smoke cigerrets and still have great wind I see some people can do it. If you are NBA material I need all the advise I can get cause this is very important to me get back at me
Since i been smokin cigerrets what should i do besides run how oftwn should i run and what tips do you have to give me to get in physical condition i need all the information i can get to be the best i can be. I'm 6'1 i should be dunking by now what can i do to get my jumping skills higher to i can dunk wit ease
 
If it's really that important to you then stop smoking. If not then try to get the other guys on the team to start smoking too.
 
if you dont know what you should be doing by now all you should be focusing on is your cardio fitness and your explosiveness. also your ball handling skills. most players your age who are serious bballers will already be in a detailed exercise routine, training at least 5 times a week. in the off season they will be increasing their mass by building more muscle. making them bigger and stronger. before the season starts they will tune their new body to become faster and jump higher. they are the players who take their diet and training seriously. NBA material players firstly have incredible talent then are built into the athletes you see today. this process takes a few years

you should assess your fitness level by exhausting yourself on a track or treadmill. your goal should then be to beat your previous best. 3 times weekly. if you can play 1 on 1 with anybody or play in pick up games do that 2 times weekly. 2 times a week developing your handles and jump shot and 2-3 times a week plyometrics. and by the way stop smoking
