Today i was running down the hall and i tripped and i was like a meter off the air and i fell right on my knee. I put ice over it for a good 2 hours and now I'm concerned.
Both hurts and its uncomfortable, but my REAL problem is can this stunt my growth?

I'm really determined to be about 180-185cm (6 foot-6 foot 1) when i finish growing, and I try my best to not stunt my growth.

- I drink lots of milk
- exercise a lot
- Sleep on a pretty firm mattress
- Sleep A LOT
- BUT i always get hurt on my knee
- I'm 14 turning 15 in about 2 months and I'm like 174.5cm which is like 5,8 1/2

Is the knee even connected to your growth?

There could be consequences down the road, however, if you add carrots to your diet they will stimulate growth.
