I sent my ps3 to sony 9 months ago?

It hasnt been a year since i sent my ps3 80gb to sony because a had a yellow light. Ok so it broke down on me again, do you think they'll fix it for free because it hasn't been a year yet only 9 months. Or they just dont give a shit about anyone??? and gonna take another $160 from me
