It often keeps me up for hours even with sleep medication. I was diagnosed with TLE Temporal Lobe Epilepsy but I'm currently not on any medication for it. (Also the doctor seemed medication happy and loved to put me on a lot of conflicting medications and I now believe him to be crazy) But when I try to sleep i see flashing white lights and my eyelids twitch it almost seems like I'm trying to close them to hard, but if i losen them up then my eyes aren't fully closed... I need some help anyone with same experience or advice???
(note: usually I would just smoke a little pot and I would fall asleep right away but due to some circumstances I have to stay sober for while.)
