i see an icon of autorun in my pendrive ( flash memory ) and i can't remove it ?

also when i try to formate it it gives me a message the disk is write protected although my pendrive hasn't this option on it ( it can't be write protected ) i have caspersky2009 but it can't remove this virus please help
 
your antivirus is not able to remove it from your computer. go download some good antivirus and scan ur computer. thereafter scan your pendrive.
