I screwed up on a quiz horribly....I need answer please?

Ok, this is the first time I ever got an F. This was a quiz reviewing a math packet that the students had over the summer to do and practice, but I only had 1 day to study it because I transfered. Also, since I transfered, I had a bunchload of homework, and i though I could go without studying at 12 am, and do my best on the test. I got an F on the quiz, and I'm panicking like heck because I seriously want to keep an A (I always keep an A in math), and I REALLY don't want this to affect my grade. all the quizes for the quarter count for about 13% of my grade and there will be probably be about 4 quizes this quarter. I doubt my teacher will give me a retake, but please give me a few reasons to calm down, i really dont want to lose an A this quarter for good reason. Do you think it will affect my grade that much? I dont wanna ask my teacher because she'll think im being overhyped about actually getting A's on my other tests after seeing how horribly i just did.
 
You need 2 chill. If you take 4 quizzes then each one is about 3% of your total grade. Assuming your test is about 20% of your grade, then it is like getting a high B on a test. Relax, just score better next time and your average will defiantly improve.
