I saw the uconnect for the dodge ram. Is there anything like that I can put in a

Toyota Tundra - esp. wifi? The uconnect can apparently do wifi, blue tooth, digital music, gps and television. I am under the impression it was developed by mopar and only for dodge, chrysler, etc. Is there anything like that as an aftermarket product?
