when i was playing indoor soccer about 3 hours ago i rolled my leg ankle inwards and now its hurt on the outside of my left ankle, im trying not to walk on it but it still hurts.
what can i do to make it better definitely by saturday as i have a volleyball game and a massive party. please help me.
