I ripped Black I peas ( The End ) to Windows media then synced it my sony ericsson?

W595 At the same time I ripped and synced JLS both play well on the phone, but I wanted to use a track from Black eyed Peas as a ring tone but the phone says (no files) when I try it will let me use the JLS I have used different formats but no luck, is this a copyright issue The Cd is genuine not a copy. can anyone help
