...can I do? to make it so I don't feel like that.
I have a mild form of asthma and I have to use my inhaler but that's not a problem.
It is a 1.25 mile one way and the same back. My dad and I go together. When I am done with the one way I feel like I am going to pass out. I have to sit down and everything. My heart starts beating funny and my vision goes in and out. We have only been doing this for a few days. I am overweightt, and 19 years old. What can I do to make it not happen and any helpful tips on working out would be greatly appreciated
We go at about 9am what and how much should I eat before-hand?

Make sure you are HYDRATING properly. Drink plenty of water (or Propel type low calorie sport beverage) BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER your ride. Make sure you eat a good, balanced meal a bit (maybe 30 mins - an hour) before you leave so you can fuel your work out.

Your endurance will improve as you stick to it.

Ask your dad if he would consider getting you a heart rate monitor. They are well worth the $, and it will help you keep a good handle on your progress (as well as alert you if your heart rate soars abnormally high). Polar is a good brand.

Good luck!
