i resized my default pic on myspace using a html code, and now it wont go

back to normal size, help 10 POINTS? Ok so i resized my default picture using a html code i got from freecodesource.com (ithink) and when i saw my pic the height was too large and my pic was really blurry. so i changed the size in the code to 200 (b4 it was 300) and it was the same and wouldnt go smaller, so i decided to delete the code that i used and its still like that. i tried using a different pic for my default but then that goes blurry etc as well :L Its really frustrating, i dont know what i should do ! i tried making it even smaller but its still the same, any ideas would be much appreciated x
