The last step of instructions are not clear for setting hands on clock. I depressed one and held until second hand moved rapidly. I stopped movement by depressing S1 a minute before midnight. Next I pressed S1 one movement at a time until all hands dead on midnight. It said to depress S3 once all hands were on midnight. Do I place watch in window while hands are stopped and at 3am it will receive a signal (in signal mode) that will set hands to time zone I am in? I am asking because I pressed S3 a second time to be sure I was in signal reception mode and the second hand began normal movement. But I think that won't allow the watch to be set properly - should hands be stopped? (Just press S3 once while hands are stopped at midnight).
