Why are you disgusted with your cell phone company when you're the one who dropped your phone!?!? Would you rather pay $89 for a replacement, or $500 for a brand new one, which is what you'd be paying if you had no insurance?? It costs $5 a month to suspend your service, but your contract is also suspended while your phone is off, and resumes when you un-suspend it. So no matter what, you will still have to complete the full length of your contract. Your ETF would be $310 right now.

...service? So I dropped my phone and now the touch screen is acting stupid. I refuse to pay asurion $89 for a replacement. So now I'm just so disgusted I want to switch to a new company. (I pay too much anyway. About $120 a month just for my 1 line). How do I suspend the service and how much would it be? I renewed my 2 year contract in January.
My plan is the cheapest it can go. I have the Storm2 which requires the 29.99 data package, then I pay 59.99 for the 450min and I have unlimited txt and then I have insurance and the ring back tones. Then there is tax and fees
