I am in Texas(Dallas)- I recorded a lien yesterday against a resdintial property. I believe it is already set for foreclosure auction in 7 days.

I am told by Dallas County clerk that it takes 7-10 days for an online search to show a lien unless you search specifically by the instrument number.
I am wondering if this lien will show up in time for any purchaser to see before the auction completes.
I also have reason to believe that there is a purchaser working to buy the property sometime before the auction occurs.
Will the title company be able to see this lien ?

Is there a public way that I can find out what title company might be closing and notify them personally of this lien ?

I'm not sure a lien on a property that is in foreclosure gets you anything - you are in second place to the mortgage holder. I know a second deed of trust leaves you out in the cold if the sale does not cover the first mortgage. As for notifying the title company - why not start calling around - or just pick the brains of the first one that answers. Ask them how liens are handled. They should be willing to answer because you are a potential client for some future transaction.
