I am in the midst of a family court dispute with my mother. I am appearing pro se and at the request of my mother wrote a letter to her attorney. In response to my letter I recieved a letter from her attorney that was disturbing and threatening. She involved people who weren't involved in the case and is trying to say that they have the ability to manipulate aprior court order. is this a situation that needs and emergancy here or is there another avenue of the court to use?
